Has anyone messed with RSS feeds? I've heard that they're good for perpetually updating info.

How do they work?
What do I need?

I'm starting with little to no info on RSS feeds and could use any help that y'all could provide. Thanks.

Haven't used 'em, but do know that you have to subscribe. I just upgraded to Internet Expolrer 7 and there is an RSS icon in the top right of the window (don't recall there being one in IE6). I'll give it a try.
