Hi guys need your help ive been playing with photoshop elements 4.0 over the last couple of months & ive been creating some nice dseigns (moving pictures)
this is one of them:

well i really like doing this sorta thing but i was wonder about flashmedia i see it on some sites for banners like at NTS

adobe flash reader is that a movie type progam ?

wonder if u guys know any other decent programs out there that do same thing ?

Agree. Macromedia Flash 8 is THE tool for making great flashes. I made one very similar for the header of my website www.IcemanTech.com.

As you can see, the motion is similar. A difference is that mine is only 30K, but your is 870K.

Flash can be tricky to learn, but fun to work with once you have some idea what you're doing.

Now I'll start guessing: Adobe Flash Reader is just a program to help Flash work on your PC, otherwise if ya didn't have it, I don't think you could see Flash things at all. Kinda like Adobe Reader lets you see pdf files but you mostly can't work with them.
