In all my time with this group of mangy, disreputable, rabble-rousing troublemakers, I've never been so honored as I am today.

It is my duty and pleasure to announce the next EAO Member of the Quarter. A gentleman and racer of the highest caliber. A member without whom, none of us would be here.

The guy who's fun to talk to, but hard to understand....
